Jim Yurasits, Patrick Poire and Steve Marchessault
The management team of highly experienced industry professionals at Intercity Alarms is proud to lead a group of highly-trained security consultants, installation and service technicians, certified central startion operators and dedicated customer service specialists, all of whom strive to exceed customer expectations.
Steve Marchessault, General Manager
Steve joined Intercity in October of 2006, and has over 25 years of business experience, including over 14 years working exclusively in the electronic security industry. He has an undergraduate business degree and an MBA from Northeastern University, and holds a Massachusetts CPA license. He has held various senior level management positions in privately-held and public companies including Vice President of Finance for Security Systems Inc., General Manager for Alarmguard, and Director of New Business Development and Acquisition Manager for Tyco/ADT. As the General Manager of Intercity Alarms, Steve is responsible for overseeing all sales, service, operations and administrative areas.
Patrick Poire, Monitoring Facility Manager
Patrick came straight to Intercity Alarms from a 25-year career with the United States Coast Guard where he was a Chief Warrant Officer with a specialty in military communications holding both operational and communications management positions at a wide variety of Coast Guard commands. Intercity Alarms is his first position in the alarm industry. His job is to ensure the rapid and accurate response to all alarms received at Intercity Alarms as well as to manage the database upon which those alarms rely.
Jim Yurasits, Training Director
Jim has been involved with the security industry for the past thirty-three years, sixteen of those with Intercity Alarms. A graduate of Rhode Island School Of Electronics as well as New England Technical Institute, he uses his technical background to supervise sales personnel in system design and operation. He is responsible for new product implementation and also provides training programs for new recruits and existing personnel on a continuing basis.
